Since cookies are the theme of the party, the obvious party favor would be cookies of some sort. Mini bags or single-serving bags of Oreos, Little Debbie cookies, or a variety of other brands and kinds are available. Packaging a few mini bags in a Cookie Monster gift bag is easy and requires very little preparation. Sesame Street makes fruit snacks, or you can purchase Cookie Monster cupcakes or suckers as prepared party favors. Furry blue cotton candy makes a fun take-home, too.

For a more elaborate party favor that can be part of the party fun is decorating your own giant cookie to take home. Pre-make or purchase a large plain cookie for each guest, then provide several different colors of frosting, decorating gel, sprinkles, and other decorating favorites. Let guests decorate a cookie, wrap it in saran wrap or a gift bag and let them take it home.
If a sugary mess is not really your style, you can purchase a variety of party favors that will allow your guests to explore cookie making in their own homes.
